In this all levels class we will to link breath to movement in intelligently designed, creative flowing sequences that build to peak postures. This full body workout increases strength and flexibility, improves balance, and steadies and calms the mind. Classes will have foundational elements but expect the sequencing to change from class to class. Come with an open mind and work at the level that is comfortable to you. Variations will be given for beginners and more experienced students alike.

HATHA SLOW FLOW
In this all levels class we will learn foundational alignment in postures to setup a safe and stable yoga practice, and basic breathing exercises. Postures will be held for time, and then move into a slower flow to connect body and mind with breath and movement. This grounding practice is perfect for beginners, anyone with special conditions, or experienced yogis looking to dive deeper into their poses and challenge themselves with slower movements. Classes will have foundational elements but expect the sequences to change from class to class over time. All levels are welcome, and variations will be given to accommodate all students.
